Call to Order at 7:00 PM
Roll Call: Janet Sassano, Denise Healy, Steve Papp and Liddy Tuleja

Treasurer’s Report:
Reserves $ 51,171.33

Old Business – from April 2025
- State Mandate: We have selected an engineering company and have received a proposal for a reserve and engineering study.
- Waste Pickup: The board met with Republic Services regarding our trash/recycling pickup schedule. The board is reviewing our contract with Republic. We are also exploring other vendors. Please note: Due to Memorial Day weekend, trash pickup next week will be Tuesday and Saturday.
- Pool: In April and May, improvements to the pool included: replaced all skimmers, the pool was drained, acid washed and painted.
New Business – May 2025
- Pool: Steve Papp updated the current status of the pool. The pool will open on Saturday, May 31st. A flyer will be posted asking for volunteers for the pool. The 2025 pool packet will be distributed next week.
- Pool Electrical: The continuity and integrity of the bonding and grounding system in our pool was tested on May 20th. It is done every five years. Our results are within acceptable requirements.
- Fire Marshall Inspection: We passed our annual inspection today, May 21st.
- Miscellaneous:
- Trash Room: Board received a suggestion from a resident. It is under consideration.
- Comments:
- Resident questioned the cost of the engineering and reserve study. The board cannot yet give a definitive answer.

- June meeting: Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, June 18th at 7:00 PM.
