- State Mandate Update: We received the draft financial report from Kipcon. The HH Board of Trustees has reviewed the report and their suggestions. The structural integrity inspection is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24th. A discussion of the financial report followed.
- Trash Room: To maintain the efficiency of our trash disposal chute, please, no large black/white trash bags larger than 13 gallons. They are too big for the chute and cause blockage. No household items (pillows, electronics or other bulky items). Please, only dispose normal household trash in small or 13-gallon bags. All bags must be tied and tightly closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Leak in lobby: A ceiling pipe leaked in the lobby. The pipe and the hole were fixed and painted.
- Board Elections: There will be two open positions for a three-year term and one for a one-year term on the HHCA Board of Trustees for election this year. If you wish to be considered for the three-year position or the one-year position starting January 2026. Application forms are available on the buffet in the lobby and need to be returned by October 10th.
